THE STORY
How did you get here?
My attraction to the unconventional was clear from an early age. I always looked for my own way of doing things, while in a constant quagmire of fitting in vs. standing out. Studying vocal music at York University (BMus) was a feast for my multi-passionate proclivities, from classical choral to barbershop & a cappella to avant-garde, sparking an affinity for unique musical realms.

My education continued with a Postgraduate Degree in Arts Administration & Cultural Management at Humber College, in other words, business for the arts. It equipped me to understand the entire spectrum of art creation, from funding to curation. However, after a few grinding years, the non-profit arts sector's strong-held structures and slim resources left me uninspired.

In 2018 I seized the opportunity to head west, and set off on a nomadic 18-month pet-sitting journey that led me to a deep-dive in Jungian psychology and creating sound art related to his subject matter. Settling in Kelowna, I ventured into marketing within the real estate sector, drawn by the energetic atmosphere and financial prospects. After weathering the pandemic and personal upheavals, I found an online course on archetypes and the polypoetic psyche with Laurence Hillman—combining psychology, drama, myth, poetry, and astrology—that proved transformative. It resonated with me much like music did, setting me on a new path of synthesis and purpose.

Building on this insight, I expanded my horizons to merge my gifts and services. Alongside my Level 1 Sound Healing certificate, I completed intensive training with Olivier Mythodrama and the Archetypes at Work Guild of Practitioners, echoing their mission of "re-ensouling the workplace, one character at a time" and have since been working as a certified Life & Leadership Development Coach. I am extremely grateful to have been given the tools to assist others in finding their purpose beyond survival mode---within a harmonized future.
THE DRIVE
What fires you up?

Raising eyebrows, opening hearts, and opening ears! Whenever I illustrate an idea that resonates with someone, I feel the fire. Making connections while expressing myself whether it’s through sound or inspiring insights is what I find truly deep and meaningful. Catalyzing a new perspective that helps someone remember a forgotten truth or newfound appreciation gives me more energy than coffee and as much joy as Christmas carolling.
THE VISION
What do you see for the world and what is your place in it?

I imagine a world where everyone is able to embrace their gifts and reach their full potential. I see a place where all basic needs can be met and those with the means to help others, step up in the face of adversity. My place is to clear the fear---slash the bushes of illusion out of the way of progress. "Yin ftw” is a vital philosophy & perspective for shaping the future, incorporating:
